The 13th National Congress of the Hồ Chí Minh Communist Youth Union for the 2026-2031 term officially opened on 24 June at the National Convention Centre in Hà Nội, bringing together 788 delegates representing more than 21.6 million Youth Union members and young people from both within and outside the country.
