Vietnam has issued a new decree to simplify customs procedures for exporters and importers. Decree 336/2026/NĐ-CP, taking effect on 15 October, updates the country's National Single Window and ASEAN Single Window systems. The online portal, operated around the clock by the Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance, will link data across ministries and reduce paperwork.
