Agent Orange lawsuit sees encouraging signal
Society 01:07Just days before France’s highest court is set to hear the appeal in the Agent Orange lawsuit brought by 85-year-old Vietnamese-French Agent Orange victim Trần Tố Nga against major US chemical companies, her legal team received a significant boost. A public prosecutor attached to the case has recommended overturning the 2024 Paris Court of Appeal ruling, which upheld the earlier dismissal of the lawsuit.
