Toucher Arts, or The Touch of Art, is a community initiative bringing Vietnamese culture to schools and public spaces across France. Since 2023, the project has united young Vietnamese and overseas Vietnamese from around the world each summer to share the story of Viet Nam through music, art, and immersive cultural experiences.
